K.M.T. Majatehas OÜ (hereafter KMT) is a dynamically developing Estonian company, founded in 2002. After the completion of a new production facility in summer 2010, our production capacity in two-shift work is more than 5000 m2 per month.
KMT is the member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Our head office is situated near Tallinn, in Tabasalu and our factory in Rapla county, Hageri. KMT was one of the first companies in Estonia to start producing pre-fabricated element houses, using metal as the structure material or so-called thermoprofile. We offer to private clients modular houses (supporting walls, roofs and ceiling elements) and to construction companies terraced houses and thermopanels for apartment and bureau buildings.
As we have a long producing and building experience with professional personnel, we can offer a flexible, fast and high-quality service. The aim of the company’s team is to be the biggest pre-fabricated thermoprofile element producer in Estonian market but also attractive partner to foreingn companies.
