KMT has a several own standard private house sets, of whitch pictures, drawings and prices are available on our Estonian language website (look here: private houses, double houses, terraced houses). The prices given do not include external finishing, which can be ordered additionally. KMT can also provide standard house sets, and work out optimal tailor-made pre-fabricated element system solutions according to the client`s requirements.
Client can order house sets from KMT in two different compositions - with or without external finishing. Commonly our delivery includes the following costructions:
The external wall elements of house, which consist of the following (starting from outside):
- painted wooden clapboard (1x base paint + 2x final paint) or other type of plate or tile;
- 25mm wooden distance strip;
- wooden plate (OSB);
- metal or wooden thermoprofile (125 - 350mm);
- mineral thermal insulation;
- 0.2 mm moisture barrier sheet;
- 13 mm toughened plasterboard;
Producing of external wall elements for garage and pantry which consists of metal thermoprofile (125-225mm) and insulation. Construction is covered as previously itemised.
Producing of internal dividing supporting wall elements (garage and pantry), which consists of metal thermoprofile (125-225mm) and insulation. Both sides are covered with 13mm toughened plasterboard;
- Electrical pipes and junction boxes in accordance with the client`s electrical wiring schemes (installation only in pre-fabricated elements);
- Roof constructions (griders);
- Roof moisture barrier sheet;
- Doors and windows (wooden or PVC);
- Drawings (including foundation drawings)
- An installation set;
- Transportation to building site;
- Installation works (regarding delivered elements);
- Lifting mechanisms (crane)
KMT`s delivery does not include:
Roof clapboard parts;
Closing strips for windows, doors and house coners
Subsills;
Garage doors;
Roofing tiles and roofing boards;
Non supporting internal dividing walls;
Internal finishing and painting works.
